We are a Canadian company that has developed a unique theme park concept based on original intellectual property. We are eager to bring this project to life in the Middle East.
Our vision is to create an innovative, world-class park that will serve as a permanent international tourist attraction, unique in the Middle East. This park will be designed as a space for entertainment, education, and national pride, offering a unique blend of tradition and world-class technological innovations. It will not only be a place for leisure, but also a symbol of modernity and cultural openness.
Our goal is to offer an innovative and immersive family experience, tailored to local cultural values. By attracting national, regional, and international visitors, we aim to diversify the economy and strengthen the image of the state as a visionary and innovative country. This initiative will also create a sustainable tourist hub that will generate jobs, stimulate trade, and encourage partnerships.
The park will offer scenarios inspired by local history, such as pearls, caravaners, navigation, and Arab traditions, revisited with a creative and immersive approach. Immersive technologies, including augmented and virtual reality, multimedia shows, and interactive attractions, will enrich the overall experience.
To combat the summer heat, the park will offer a combination of air-conditioned indoor spaces and outdoor areas for nighttime activities and seasonal festivals. Sustainability will be a key focus, with the use of renewable energy, optimized water management, and bioclimatic architecture.
This exciting project has the potential to make a significant contribution to the global entertainment industry. We are actively seeking potential partners and investors to collaborate on this venture.
The park will be built around four fundamental pillars: entertainment, education, arts, culture, and science. These pillars will serve as the foundation for the park, ensuring the authenticity and richness of our offering. They will be implemented in various pavilions,
theaters, public squares, and electronic environments, offering a diverse range of experiences to our target audience around the world.
The park site could cover a total area of 600,000 square meters, with the main buildings covering an area of 200,000 square meters. We have attached various presentation documents to give you a better understanding of our vision for this collaboration.
To ensure a smooth collaboration, we would like to define the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved, including the original Canadian concept, the local contractor, and any potential government loan guarantees or lines of credit.
MOLOPARC would be unique in the Middle East, an exclusivity that would be commensurate with the considerable financial investment it represents.
It is in this environment of peace, joy, and education that this project finds its justification and strength.
We remain at your service.
